Hungarton Camps
It’s nearly time for the camps to begin!
And that means……..rain…. and more rain.
Hungarton camp starts on Sunday 22nd June, but we will be pitching tents on the Wednesday before. All this sounds very nice until you realise that due to the rain the grass is waist height and still growing – it’s been too wet to cut it!
Please pray that the weather would be just right in the next week to allow grass cutting and successful tent pitching!
And now for a fun memory from last year…..Andy is our pastor and leads the camp on the first week. Someone put his car on the bouncy castle! The castle was fully inflated with the car on it – I just couldn’t get to my camera in time!
I wonder what the leaders will come up with this year to make Andy’s life interesting……….?
