In between all the dates given below, we will also be writing, planning, preparing assemblies and training material as well as visiting various members of Children Worldwide.
Please pray for safety, and for times of beneficial rest. Also for wisdom in preparation, meetings, and conversations.
Pray for wisdom as we lead Children Worldwide through various changes, and as we help and mentor children’s workers, plus do consultancy for various organisations.
The preparations for Spring Harvest are going up a gear now, so please pray for us as we work towards the 2010 event. (We are in Minehead this year!)
February
1st: Family Foundations Trust – board meeting. Dalesdown
3rd: Dalesdown – Kay doing child protection training for volunteers and staff.
Then staying in the south and preparing for:
5th: Children Worldwide Management meeting (AM). Dalesdown
5th – 7th: Children Worldwide team conference. Dalesdown
17th: Speaking at Bethel Ladies Fellowship about our work
22nd: Colleague’s Council of Ref Meeting. Worthing
March
In early March we hope to be visiting our team in Latvia. Possible dates are 4th – 8th.
As well as lots of final preparation for Whizz Kids at Spring Harvest, including packing lots of boxes…..
1st: Our council of reference meeting (Eve)
3rd: Camps taster evening, Dalesdown. (Nr Horsham)
10th: Hungarton camps planning meeting (Eve)
15th: Assemblies – Richard’s Hill C of E. Thurcaston in Leicester, followed by Wooldon Hill school, Ansty in Leicester
19th: Business meeting Re: Future Builders training course
22nd: Family Foundations Trust board meeting at Dalesdown (Nr Horsham)
April
2nd: Depart for Spring Harvest! (Weeks 1 and 2, Kay is the special needs consultant at Minehead. Week 3, we are leading Whizz Kids)
